Position Overview:

Essential Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must possess a Level 3 Diploma in Children & Young People's Workforce or an equivalent qualification in Residential Care.


Annual Compensation:

The position offers a competitive salary of £35,104, along with an additional annual sleep-in allowance of £3,900.


Work Schedule:

This role involves a condensed shift pattern of two days on followed by four days off, which includes overnight stays on a predetermined rolling rota.


Leave Entitlements:

Enjoy 5.6 weeks of annual leave, with additional leave granted after two and five years of service.

In this role, you will report to the Assistant Manager and serve as the lead practitioner during your shifts. Collaboration with educational, therapeutic, and outdoor teams, as well as colleagues from the broader sector, is essential to ensure that the needs of the children remain at the forefront of all activities.

Key Attributes:
- Level 3 Diploma or equivalent in Children and Young People's Workforce is required.

- This role offers a favorable work-life balance with a structured working rota and sleep-in shifts starting between 8 AM and 9 AM.
