Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Practitioner to join our team at Kingston Court care home. As a Care Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional standards of care and support to residents, promoting their independence and dignity.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a seamless and efficient care service.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans, ensuring resident needs are met.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Support the care team in maintaining a safe and clean environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
