Job Summary

The Night Care Practitioner will play a vital role in supporting our residents to receive the highest quality of care possible. This will involve working closely with our care team to deliver personalized care plans, ensuring that every individual receives the support they need to live a fulfilling life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional standards of care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Work closely with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans, taking into account the unique needs and preferences of each individual.
  • Provide support and guidance to colleagues, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
  • Contribute to the development of our care services, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting innovative solutions.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities, ensuring you have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality care.
