About the Role:
Creative Support Ltd is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Relief Extra Care Support Worker to join our team. As a Relief Extra Care Support Worker, you will provide emotional and practical support to older adults and individuals with dementia living in a residential care home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care needs, household tasks, medication, diet, and nutrition support
- Encourage residents to engage in social activities within and outside the home
- Develop and sustain warm and trusting relationships with service users
- Carry out general administrative duties and housing management tasks
Requirements:
- Minimum of 12 months prior experience supporting older adults with dementia
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins
