Job Title: Relief Waking Night Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and trustworthy Relief Waking Night Support Worker to join our team at Creative Support. As a Relief Support Worker, you will provide emotional and practical support to our service users, promoting independence, dignity, and overall wellbeing.

About the Role:
  • Provide personal care and support to service users with dementia and other needs.
  • Assist with household tasks, medication, diet, and nutrition.
  • Encourage residents to engage in social activities and promote healthy living.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to provide high-quality care and support.
Requirements:
  • Experience in care and support work, preferably with older adults.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including night shifts and weekends.
  • High level of empathy and understanding of dementia.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
