About the Role

Clearfield Recruitment is seeking a Customer Care Coordinator/Manager for a leading developer in Colchester, Essex. As a key member of the Customer Care team, you will ensure that new homebuyers receive exceptional aftercare following the purchase of their homes.

This role involves working closely with various stakeholders, including Site Management teams, Customer Care Operatives, and external Sub-contractors to resolve issues efficiently and effectively. You will be responsible for coordinating telephone cover throughout the working day, arranging inspections for remedial enquiries, and liaising with the Head of Customer Care to ensure all defects are dealt with promptly.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, IT proficiency, and experience in customer-facing roles within the construction or property industry. A strong understanding of NHBC Buildmark Warranty and Service Level Agreements is also essential.

In this role, you will work collaboratively with colleagues to provide a 5-star service to homeowners. Your attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to multitask will enable you to thrive in this dynamic environment.

A salary of around £45,000-£60,000 per annum reflects your value as a dedicated Customer Care professional.
