About the Role: Clearfield Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Customer Care Coordinator/Manager to join a leading Developer in Colchester, Essex.
">We are looking for an individual with strong customer care experience, who can provide exceptional service to new home buyers. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all customer issues are resolved promptly and professionally.
">The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a team environment. They will also have good IT skills and be able to use internal systems efficiently.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure personal and team compliance with all relevant SHE policies and procedures.">
- Fully adhere to the company standard Customer Care policies and procedures.">
- Coordinate with colleagues to ensure continual telephone cover throughout the working day.">
- Liaise between Site Management teams, Customer Care Operatives and external Sub-contractors.">
- Communicate with the Head of Customer Care to ensure all defects are dealt with by the appropriate personnel.">
Requirements: This role requires a polite and professional telephone and email manner, as well as good IT skills. Multi-tasking and managing issues that may arise is essential.
">Salary: Estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
