We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Team Lead to join our team at Foxburrow Grange in Colchester. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for providing operational and clinical leadership to the nursing team, developing and implementing effective clinical practice strategies, and supporting staff development and training.

With a strong focus on patient safety and well-being, you will work closely with the Home Manager and Deputy Home Manager to meet budgets set, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and promote a culture of excellence within the organisation.

This challenging and dynamic role requires a skilled and experienced nurse practitioner who can lead by example and inspire staff to deliver high-quality person-centred care. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational and clinical leadership to the nursing team
  • Develop and implement effective clinical practice strategies
  • Support staff development and training
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Work closely with the Home Manager and Deputy Home Manager to meet budgets set

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse with current NMC pin number
  • Experience of working with older people and those with cognitive impairment
  • Experience of managing a team/leadership skills
  • Knowledge of CQC requirements
