About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Lead to join our team at Foxburrow Grange. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for providing operational and clinical leadership to our nursing and care teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care that meets the needs of our residents.

Responsibilities
  • To lead and inspire staff by providing operational and clinical leadership to Foxburrow Grange
  • To advise, coach, and develop staff, as well as leading on complex care issues
  • To ensure that the nursing team fully understand and comply with the NMC Code of Professional Practice
Requirements
  • A registered nurse with current NMC pin number
  • Experience of working with older people and those with cognitive impairment
  • Experience of managing a team and providing leadership skills
  • Knowledge of CQC requirements
