Senior Clinical Lead Colchester

At Outlook Care, we are seeking an exceptional Clinical Lead to join our team at Foxburrow Grange in Colchester. As a seasoned clinical professional, you will lead and inspire staff by providing operational and clinical leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality person-centred care.
The successful candidate will support members of the Nursing and Care teams to deliver good clinical outcomes by advising, coaching, and developing staff, and leading on complex care issues ensuring relevant standards and protocols are understood and always implemented.
We offer a competitive salary of £65,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including flexible working hours, comprehensive induction and training opportunities, and a supportive working environment.
Responsibilities- Lead and inspire staff by providing operational and clinical leadership
- Support members of the Nursing and Care teams to deliver good clinical outcomes
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality care
- Collaborate with the Home Manager and Deputy Home Manager to meet budgets and work towards continuous improvement
