Colchester Care Home Clinical Manager

Foxburrow Grange is a 69-bed care home in Colchester that provides state-of-the-art facilities and outstanding care to its residents. We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Lead to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality person-centred care.
The successful candidate will have experience of working with older people, managing a team, and delivering care in a multidisciplinary setting. They will also have knowledge of CQC requirements and be able to develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality care.
We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including flexible working hours, comprehensive induction and training opportunities, and a supportive working environment.
Requirements- Registered nurse with current NMC pin number
- Experience of working with older people and managing a team
- Knowledge of CQC requirements and ability to develop policies and procedures
