Salary: £42,000 - £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
Job Description:
The Clinical Lead will provide operational and clinical leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality person-centred care at Foxburrow Grange.
Key responsibilities include advising, coaching, and developing nursing and care staff, as well as leading on complex care issues and ensuring relevant standards and protocols are understood and implemented.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Registered nurse with current NMC pin number
- Experience of working with older people and those with cognitive impairment
- Leadership skills and ability to manage a team
- Knowledge of CQC requirements and ability to implement them
