We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Team Lead for Young People's Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the care of children and young people presenting in crisis, while also providing expert advice and support to colleagues.

Job Description

This role involves working closely with community mental health teams, GPs, and other agencies to provide care plans for patients. The successful candidate will have experience in CAMHS and a strong understanding of risk assessment and management. They will also have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care to children and young people presenting in crisis.
  • Develop and implement care plans for patients, in collaboration with other agencies and professionals.
  • Provide expert advice and support to colleagues on matters related to CAMHS and risk assessment.
  • Monitor and evaluate the standards of care and take actions to ensure that a high standard of care is maintained.
  • Contribute to Audit to ensure quality standards are met.

Salary: £46,646 - £53,512 per annum (inclusive of annual leave allowance)
