Key Responsibilities
  1. Operational Leadership: Oversee the day-to-day operational management of the domiciliary care service.
  2. Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure full compliance with CQC standards and regulations.
  3. Service Growth and Development: Develop and implement strategies to grow and enhance the service.
  4. Staff Management and Development: Recruit, train, and provide ongoing support to the care team.
  5. Client and Family Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and external partners.
