Salary: £23,000 per annum (including a sleep-in allowance of £62.50) with the potential for additional earnings through various shift patterns. This equates to approximately £12.00 per hour, providing a competitive hourly rate within the industry.

Job Description:   Our ideal candidate will be a skilled Crisis Recovery Worker who can provide expert support to adults experiencing mental health crises. Working as part of a 24/7 team, you will utilise a therapeutic intervention model to promote client-led recovery, maximising independence and control. Your role will involve collaborating with clients to develop tailored support plans, facilitating access to a wide range of resources and activities, and liaising with external agencies to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A strong understanding of mental health issues and their impact on individuals.
  • At least six months of experience working within a social care setting, preferably with a focus on mental health.
  • Flexibility to participate in varied rota and shift patterns, including sleep-ins, waking nights, and 24/7 support.
  • Excellent communication skills, coupled with a creative, empathetic, and flexible approach.
