About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Crisis Recovery Specialist to join our team in Lincoln. This is a unique opportunity to support adults in crisis due to mental health decline.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of mental health issues and at least 6 months of experience working in social care, preferably with a focus on mental health.

Key responsibilities include participating in a varied rota and having excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will also be flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances.

Requirements:

  • Mental health knowledge
  • 6 months of social care experience (preferably mental health focused)
  • Flexibility for varied shift patterns and sleep ins/waking nights
  • Excellent communication and empathetic approach

Preferred qualifications include a DBS on the update service and a full UK driving licence with vehicle access.

Enjoy a generous hourly rate of £12 plus sleep in and waking night allowance, annual leave allowance, progression, and pay reviews.
