This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated and disciplined individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with customers to understand their financial circumstances and develop effective strategies for debt resolution.
In this challenging and rewarding role, you will be responsible for collecting overdue debts on the phone and negotiating sustainable payment arrangements with customers. You will also ensure that debt cases are processed as efficiently as possible through our treatment paths.
To be successful in this position, you will need to have a strong understanding of the energy industry and its commercial operations. Previous experience as a Credit Controller or Collections Advisor would be desirable, but not essential.
You will work closely with our external and internal teams to ensure a cohesive and uniformed approach to debt recovery. This includes liaising with other departments to resolve queries and providing accurate management information regarding your performance.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing organisation in the UK's most successful energy suppliers. We offer a competitive salary of £23,000 - £25,000 per annum, plus the potential to earn £1,250 in bonus payments every three months.
