Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and experienced registered professional to join our Learning Disability Crisis Response and Intensive Support Team. As a Band 6 practitioner, you will play a crucial role in providing intensive support, clinical assessments, interventions, and risk management for individuals with learning disabilities who are at risk of admission to an inpatient unit or losing their placement in the community.

You will be part of a specialist team that includes nurses, healthcare support workers, occupational therapists, speech and language therapists, psychiatrists, and psychologists. Our team is passionate about supporting individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs to live successfully in the community.

The salary for this role is £42,046-£51,039 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits. We offer a range of benefits, including a full induction, access to bespoke training, and opportunities for career progression.
