We are seeking a highly motivated Showroom Business Developer to join our dynamic team at City Plumbing Supplies. As a key player in driving business growth, you will focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and maximizing sales opportunities.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Develop personalized sales strategies to meet customer expectations and drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
- Optimize showroom displays and merchandising to maximize visual impact and sales potential.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to inform future business decisions.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience in a retail or trade environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of financial concepts and ability to interpret data.
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative sales approaches.
Compensation Package:$55,000 - $80,000 per annum, based on experience and performance, plus benefits including bonus scheme, discounts, life assurance, and flexible working options.
