About the Job- As a Business Development Leader, you will be responsible for leading our business operations, developing and implementing strategies to improve performance, and identifying areas for growth and development.
- Your key responsibilities will include managing payroll budgets and rotas, taking responsibility for all business operations, and continuously improving team performance and results.
- You will work closely with our team to set measurable goals, provide coaching and mentoring, and develop Individual Development Plans using our in-house academies and training programmes.
- A competitive salary of around £45,000 - £50,000 per year, negotiable dependent on experience.
