About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Audiologist to join our team at East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust. As an Audiologist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients, working closely with our ENT consultants and Audiological Physician to deliver comprehensive diagnostic and rehabilitation services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide diagnostic support and rehabilitation services to patients with hearing and balance disorders
  • Conduct hearing assessments and provide hearing aid fittings
  • Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with tinnitus and other audiological conditions
  • Work collaboratively with our ENT consultants and Audiological Physician to deliver comprehensive care
  • Participate in research and audits to improve patient outcomes and services
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in audiology, with a BSc (Hons) Audiology degree and BAAT Part II or CAC or CCC certification. You will also need to be a member of the British Society of Audiology (BSA) and have experience in hearing aid fitting.
