We are recruiting for an Audiology Administrator who shares our vision to be trusted to provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients, be willing to travel to other sites, QE11 and Hertford.

The team are responsible for booking all Audiology appointments at the Lister Hospital

This role involves regular contact with patients, so we're looking for friendly and approachable people with great telephone manner who will put the patient at the centre of everything they do.

You will also need to work closely and collaboratively with our team of clinical staff to ensure best outcomes.

As part of this role, you may also cover reception for the clinic, which involves welcoming patients on arrival and confirming their appointment.

The main duties of the role involve using the electronic patient records system to book clinic appointments and minor ops and communicating with patients and clinical teams.

You will be the first port of call when a patient phones the department with a query about their appointment or to cancel/re-arrange.

General admin duties, filling, booking, helping other teams to support the operational delivery of the service.
