About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our Commercial Legal team at Nuvola Resourcing Ltd. As an Administrator, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support to our legal department, ensuring the smooth execution of legal documentation and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the legal department with new and ongoing matters, including managing the legal document lifecycle from creation to termination.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely documentation execution.
  • Prepare and disseminate legal documentation to internal key stakeholders.
  • Anticipate and proactively identify more effective and efficient ways to manage the legal documentation process.
  • Provide administrative support to the Head of Legal and Paralegal, including document revision and diary management.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience working as an administrator, with legal administrative experience desirable.
  • Detail-oriented, positive, efficient team player, with strong written and oral communication and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency with Office 365.
