About the Role

You will be responsible for leading EDIE projects, facilitating training, and monitoring progress against EDIE objectives. Your duties will include collaborating with staff networks, HR, and external organizations to enhance equity and inclusion, providing leadership and support for EDIE projects and services, analyzing workforce data to inform strategic decision-making, managing staff networks, supervising team members, and overseeing EDIE-related activities.
