Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Relevant experience within the care sector, preferably with individuals with mental health conditions, complex care needs, and challenging behaviors.
  • Full UK manual driving license (desirable).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate records.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and empathetic approach.
  • Willingness to undertake training and professional development opportunities.
