Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is £13 per hour (days) | £11.44 per hour (sleepover rate).
You'll also receive maternity/paternity leave, pension scheme, paid annual leave, refer a friend scheme, cycle-to-work scheme, and enhanced DBS check.
Job Description
This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your current skill base as a Children's Complex Care Assistant.
You will have full training and clinical support to develop and improve skills in various complex areas such as tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care.
Your role is to assist a young lady with a Spinal Cord Injury, enabling her to live her best life and enjoy activities she loves, like exploring new places and rare plants.
Required Skills and Qualifications
You don't need any care experience to apply, just plenty of care, compassion, and resilience.
We provide full nurse-led training, so you can develop your skills and confidence in a supportive environment.
