Job Description: Learning Disability Support Specialist

We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Learning Disability Support Specialist to join our team. The successful applicant will provide direct support to individuals with learning disabilities, promoting their independence and well-being.

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced support worker to make a real difference in the lives of our service users. As a Learning Disability Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:
  • Providing direct support to individuals with learning disabilities
  • Developing and implementing personalized support plans
  • Working collaboratively with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes

Requirements:
Relevant experience working with individuals with learning disabilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
