About the Classroom Learning Support Specialist Role

  • Classroom Support: Work closely with teachers to deliver lessons and improve pupil engagement.
  • Individualized Support: Develop and implement targeted interventions to meet the needs of individual pupils.
  • Pupil Welfare: Provide emotional support to pupils with additional needs and contribute to the school's commitment to safeguarding and pupil welfare.

Requirements

  1. Qualifications: Level 2 or Level 3 qualifications.
  2. Experience: Experience working in UK Primary Schools, particularly within KS2.
  3. Commitment: A strong commitment to supporting pupils' learning and contributing to a positive school culture.

Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this role is £20,800, based on a daily rate of £100 and approximately 200 days worked per year.
