Learning Support Professional

We are looking for a highly skilled Learning Support Professional to join our team at Norton College.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of students with complex needs.
The successful candidate will have experience of working with students with special educational needs and be able to demonstrate a commitment to improving outcomes for all learners.
Key Responsibilities:
- To work closely with teachers and support staff to implement strategies that promote student achievement and progress.
- To have knowledge and understanding of effective behaviour management techniques and opportunities to praise and reward.
- To be aware of the characteristics of high-quality teaching and learning and be able to apply this in the classroom.
The salary for this position is £38,462.19 per annum.

Norton College is a specialist school for secondary students aged 11-19 in Worcester and Tewkesbury.
We aim to positively support young people with complex learning needs through vocational courses and bespoke learning packages.
