About Our Team
We are looking for an experienced Support Worker to join our team in Worcester, where you will be working with three individuals with learning disabilities, Down syndrome, and autism. The successful candidate will provide daily living support, empowering independence, and promoting a good quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and using the toilet.
- Prepare healthy meals and snacks, considering dietary needs and preferences.
- Support with household chores, including cleaning and laundry.
Requirements
- Experience working with adults with learning disabilities, preferably in a residential setting.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with service users and colleagues.
- Able to work flexibly, including weekends and sleep-ins.
Benefits and Salary
- A competitive salary of £11.66 per hour (£45 per Sleep-In Shift), along with 30 days annual leave pro rata, paid training, and a comprehensive well-being strategy.
