Learning Support Professional

beBee Professionals in Worcester is seeking a highly skilled Learning Support Professional to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will work closely with teachers and students to provide individualized support and accommodations, helping students with special educational needs to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special educational needs, in collaboration with teachers and other support staff.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support during lessons, focusing on building students' confidence and self-esteem.
- Assist in the implementation of accommodations and modifications to ensure equal access to education for all students.
- Experience working with children with special educational needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with students.
- Relevant qualifications in education or special education support are desirable.
