Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Educational Psychologist to join our team at Shire Healthcare. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work in a school setting, providing psychological assessments and developing individualized support plans for children. This role involves working collaboratively with families, colleagues, and clinicians to deliver high-quality services that meet the unique needs of each child.

The successful candidate will have HCPC registration as an Educational Psychologist and a minimum of 2 years' experience working with children and young people. They should also have a solid understanding of masking and school-related trauma. In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, flexible working arrangements, and ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide psychological assessments and develop individualized support plans for children
* Work collaboratively with families, colleagues, and clinicians to deliver high-quality services
* Develop and implement interventions to address masking and school-related trauma
