**Job Title:** Learning Disability Team Lead

**Location:** Worcestershire

Creative Support is seeking an experienced and dedicated Learning Disability Team Lead to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the Senior Service Manager to manage existing services and develop new outreach services across Worcestershire. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing the day-to-day management of services, supporting individuals in maintaining their tenancies, and assisting in the growth of new outreach services.

You will benefit from comprehensive training through our training academy and receive guidance from supportive and experienced managers. Essential skills for this role include strong written and verbal communication, excellent organizational abilities, and the capacity to prioritize and manage a busy workload. The estimated salary for this position is £35,000 - £40,000 per annum.

As a Learning Disability Team Lead, you will play a vital role in promoting excellent customer care to service users, their families, and other agencies. You will also be responsible for supervising staff, volunteers, and students, and ensuring safeguarding measures are in place to protect vulnerable adults.
