Job Title:

Leadership Roles in Learning Disabilities Care

Location: Worcester area, UK

We are seeking an experienced and quality-focused Residential Manager to join our team at SCR. The successful candidate will have prior experience as a Registered Manager (preferably in Learning Disabilities) and excellent knowledge of CQC regulations.

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum

About the Role:

As a Residential Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff to deliver high-quality care to adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Physical Disabilities. You will work closely with service users, families, and other stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met.

  • Prior experience as a Registered Manager (preferably in Learning Disabilities)
  • Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, health and social care legislation, and regulatory requirements
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team
