Clinical Director for Learning Disability Services

Are you a dedicated healthcare professional looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities and autism? We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Director to join our team at NHS Herefordshire & Worcestershire Integrated Care Board (ICB).
About the RoleThe successful candidate will provide clinical leadership and advice to the LDA Programme Board and associated workstreams, driving service change and transformation to improve health outcomes for people with learning disabilities and autistic individuals in Herefordshire and Worcestershire.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with ICB LDA Programme colleagues and members of the LDA Programme Board to develop and implement effective strategies for improving health outcomes for individuals with learning disabilities and autism.
- Provide expert clinical guidance and leadership to ensure system partners address clinical system resilience, sustainability, and quality of patient care.
- Support strategic commissioning and transformation programs, focusing on removing unwarranted variation and promoting improvement in outcomes.
- Lead clinical interactions with internal and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration and delivery of equitable, high-quality care.
- Promote data-driven improvements that positively impact the LDA population's health and social needs.
We offer a competitive salary of £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits, including opportunities for professional development and a supportive work environment.
