Care Manager for Learning Disabilities

At SCR, we are seeking a highly experienced and quality-focused Registered Manager to lead our residential service in the Worcester area. This role is ideal for someone who has prior experience as a Registered Manager, preferably in learning disabilities.
The ideal candidate will have a QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification or equivalent, strong staff management skills, and excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and health and social care legislation. Additionally, they will have passion and determination to deliver high-quality person-centered care.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with adults with learning disabilities, autism, and physical disabilities, aiming to promote independent living. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of professionals to deliver exceptional care services.
The estimated salary for this role is £58,750 per annum.
