About the Job:

As a Care Support Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering care services to individuals in their own homes, supporting them with daily living activities such as companionship, personal care, medication management, mealtimes assistance, housekeeping, and mobility support. You will also contribute to maintaining the independence, dignity, and self-worth of our clients.
