Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our Neuroscience Division, overseeing the UK's largest neuroscience centre and one of the world's largest.

This exciting opportunity requires a seasoned leader with a strong track record in managing complex portfolios, driving performance, and supporting strategic vision.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience working on high-profile projects, collaborating with diverse stakeholders, and demonstrating exceptional people management skills.

A keen eye for data analysis, budget management, and a proven ability to deliver high-quality results in fast-paced environments are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery and performance of clinical and administrative teams
  • Support service management, operational planning, and business case development

What We Offer

An estimated salary of £120,000 - £150,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
