Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Clevedon. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, or both, enabling them to live fulfilling lives.
Key Responsibilities- Empower individuals to make informed decisions about their lives, promoting independence and autonomy.

- Support individuals to access their communities, fostering socialization, employment, training, and friendships.
