The ideal candidate will be able to engage with personalized routines, assist with care programs, and provide emotional support and companionship.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of our clients.
- Assist with daily living activities, including household cleaning and meal preparation.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to our clients, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in clients' conditions to relevant healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with a range of healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and their families.
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature, with a strong commitment to providing high-quality care.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to work the specified hours.
- Opportunities for professional development and training, including online and in-person training sessions.
- Regular supervisions and check-ins with our clinical lead nurse.
- A supportive and friendly working environment, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
An enhanced DBS check and full training will be provided prior to commencing work with our clients. You will also be supported by our clinical lead nurse for the area.
