About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our private jet sales team at Fly Victor. As Head of Sales, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our portfolio of high-net-worth clients, and developing a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand our client base
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed
  • Analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to drive growth
  • Collaborate with our sourcing and flight management teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Represent Fly Victor at industry events and build relationships with key stakeholders
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in aircraft charter sales, with a proven track record of success
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and motivate sales professionals
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze sales performance and implement changes to drive growth
