Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Private Jet Charter Broker to join our team at Line Up Aviation.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain a strong client portfolio through proactive sales efforts, networking, and exceptional customer service.
  2. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and aircraft chartering procedures to provide expert advice to clients.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, aircraft operators, and suppliers to ensure seamless charter bookings.
  4. Oversee the entire charter process, from initial inquiry to flight completion, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for clients.
  5. Represent the company at industry events, sales visits, and other travel opportunities to expand our network and promote our services.
Candidate Requirements:
  1. Ambitious and driven individual with a proven track record in sales, preferably in the private aviation industry.
  2. Minimum of 3 years' experience in private jet sales, with a strong understanding of the chartering process.
  3. Ability to meet and exceed annual sales targets, with a resilient and detail-oriented approach.
  4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and a willingness to travel for business purposes.
  6. Fluency in a second language is an advantage, but not required.
  7. Full UK driver's license and eligibility to work in the UK.
