About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Worker to join our team at Anchor. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred care and support to our residents, enabling them to maintain their independence and live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care and support to residents, including personal care, meal times, and activities
  • Assist residents with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Support residents with their medication and healthcare needs
  • Engage with residents in activities and hobbies, promoting social interaction and a sense of community
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure residents receive comprehensive and coordinated care

Requirements
