About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Care Support Worker to join our team at Anchor. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing dignified personal care and support to our residents, helping them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living tasks, bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist residents with meals, snacks, and hydration, ensuring their nutritional needs are met.
  • Support residents with mobility and transfer needs, using equipment such as hoists and wheelchairs as necessary.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, engaging in activities and conversations that promote their mental and emotional well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans, ensuring residents receive the best possible care and support.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring you are equipped to provide high-quality care and support.
