The Role

We're seeking a dedicated and passionate Support Worker to join our team at one of our care homes. As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning issues, autism, acquired brain injuries, and epilepsy. You'll work closely with our team to provide personalized care and support that enables our residents to live independently and pursue their interests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality support and care to individuals with diverse needs
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication management
  • Encourage and support individuals to participate in activities and pursue their interests
  • Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement personalized care plans
