Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team. As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered care and support to our service users, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by Example: Take point on shift and demonstrate a positive attitude, setting a good example for your colleagues.
- Delegation and Training: Delegate tasks fairly amongst staff and provide training and support to new members of the team.
- Reporting and Administration: Ensure daily reports, health and safety checks, and care plans are completed and up to date.
- Support and Supervision: Assist with supervisions and appraisals, ensuring service users receive the support they need.
- On-Call Rota: Participate in the on-call rota and respond to out-of-hours calls when required.
