Children's Residential Child Care Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Child Care Worker to join our team at Exceptional Care. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to vulnerable young people with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with young people, their families, and other external agencies.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a stable and loving environment, ensuring each young person achieves positive outcomes and learning experiences.
Requirements:
- Level 3 or 4 Children and Young People's Workforce qualification or equivalent.
- At least 6-12 months of experience working in a children's residential setting.
- Full UK manual driving license (preferred).
