About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Argyle Park Care Home. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the daily care and support of residents, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and other members of the care team.
  • Contribute to a safe and respectful environment, adhering to our policies and procedures.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a care setting, preferably in dementia care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
