Service Centre Operations Manager

As a key member of our Client Services team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our 24/7 Service Centre. Your primary goal will be to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer Incidents and Requests, while also promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Centre Manager to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead and inspire a team of service centre engineers to deliver exceptional customer experiences and exceed service level agreements.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and management skills, with experience in managing technical teams in a fast-paced operations environment. You will also have a solid understanding of ITIL practices and technical acumen achieved through experience in an operations environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Service Centre
  • Leading and inspiring a team of service centre engineers
  • Ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer Incidents and Requests
  • Developing and implementing processes and procedures to enhance team productivity and efficiency

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
