We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated executive assistant to join our team as the Executive Assistant to the CEO of the CEO's Office.

About the Position

The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in administrative support, with experience in fundraising and grant writing. This is a full-time position that requires some nights and weekends, primarily on-site at our environmental education center in New Hope, PA.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage the CEO's calendar, coordinate meetings, and prepare correspondence
  • Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies, including individual giving, corporate partnerships, and grant writing
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, utilizing tools such as SalesForce, Quickbooks, and Zoom
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration among staff members

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled and motivated individual to make a meaningful impact in the field of environmental education. The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of $65,000-$75,000, health care stipend, PTO, and flexible schedule.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field; master's degree a plus
  • At least 3-5 years of administrative experience, with a focus on non-profit management
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Familiarity with SalesForce, Quickbooks, Office 365, and Zoom preferred
